How long does it take for my order to be delivered? We stock most items available on the website. We aim to have
orders delivered within 2-3 working days. If we don't have stock for any
reason, you will be contacted with details of when it should be
available. You are welcome to call to check our stock before ordering.
When will you
charge my credit/debit card? When you enter you card details into our system, Protx will
carry out the necessary fraud checks and sets your order to 'Pending'.
Once you order has been dispatched, the payment will then be completed and the
transaction closed.
Can I
raise a purchase order to pay for my goods? To avoid confusion, prices quoted on our website are for
immediate payment only. If you want to make a deferred payment by purchase
order then your company will have to pass our credit check procedure and also

Where do I take my
power tool for servicing? We have a full service centre on our premises and would be
happy to service your power tools. However,
there are many independent service centers
nationwide.

handle warranty issues and returns? Every product on
our site comes with a full 12 months warranty and Stihl petrol power tools have
a lifetime warranty on the ignition module.
